OK, we could offer our items in S,M,L and XL sizing, like most competitors do and they would fit - someone - but would they really fit you ???Therefore, if you are going to order cuffs or collars from SM-factory (we hope you will), we need some measurements.
As we had to rely on the information you provide, please read and follow these instructions and give them the attention they deserve.
Careful measurement takes less time, then to put your cuff or collar on a "round trip".
Anyway, if a SM-factory item doesn′t fit , you can send it back within four weeks and we will make a new one - but you have to pay shipping and handling for both ways.
